Now Hiring - Sales Associate in Belleville, IL

Established and growing family-owned flooring store in Belleville, IL is looking for a Flooring Sales Associate. An ideal candidate would need to be a results driven sales professional who is highly motivated and design savvy. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for initiating contact with customers, identifying customer needs, presenting, and selling appropriate flooring solutions to meet their unique needs. You would follow the customer thru start to finish, including measuring, ordering, and follow up. You would need to be highly people oriented, have an eye for design, and able to focus on results. You will be developing relationships where people will trust you and tell their friends about you.

This is a full-time position with rotating Saturdays worked, approximately two a month. A day off during the week will be given for Saturdays worked. We offer a base salary plus commission, paid holidays, and vacation time.

Salary with commission ranges from $30,000 to $80,000+ a year (the sky is the limit)

· Sense of design: Ability to distinguish and put together various styles, colors, and textures

· Eager to learn the latest design trends

· Willingness to learn and develop new skills

· Basic computer and math skills

Flooring experience not needed; however, people skills are required!
